You password is your key to your account and is therefore very important. If
someone else learns your password, they can access all of your E-Mail and
files and do whatever they want to them. Here are a couple things to keep in
mind about your password:

* Do NOT use your name, login name, pets name or a plain word as your
password. Some examples of bad passwords are: Alex coffee January
* Do NOT write your password down anywhere.
* Do NOT tell ANYONE your password.
* DO change your password occasionally, (once a month or more often).

Some ideas for choosing a password:

* Pick a phrase and use the first letter of each word in that phrase as your
password. For example, the phrase "Now is the time for all good men." would
  yield "Nittfagm." as the password.
* Use punctuation marks, upper and lowercase letters, and numbers in the
password. For example, you could turn "Pianos" into "p!4No5".

Your password may be 8 characters long.
