Changes from 0.2 to 0.3
 - Included patch for 1.2.0
 - iacctd can now ignore entries from configurable networks
   useful for loopback net
 - iacctd now (kind of) supports /var/run/iacctd.pid
 - Changed description in config.in to something more useful
 - Changed default value for excluded net to the loopback net

Changes from 0.1 to 0.2
 - Included patch for 1.1.88
 - Included a tiny perl script to post-process the output of the daemon.
   Enhancements are welcome!
 - Changed iacctd so the output file is just opened for writing and
then closed again. A lockfile is used to make automated splitting of
logfiles possible while the daemon is running
 - Enhanced iacctd to enable seperate logfiles for each uid.
Thanks to Dirk (haus@tap.nacamar.de) for the idea.
 - Updated README to show a real output example (with the time field)
 - Fixed a minor bug that prevented compiling when IP_MULTICASTING was
defined (some header files were not included)
Thanks to Ralph (tsoper@cs.tu-berlin.de) for detecting this one.
 - There is a mailing list available for the announcement of new versions.
See the README for more information.
