I've applied the following patches to the original qmail-1.03-sources, all
taken from a mirror of www.qmail.org:


netscape-progress.patch		Author: Scott Moorhouse
				lets netscape's download indicator indicate.

nullenvsender-recipcount.patch	Author: Mark Delaney
				With this patch, qmail-smtpd is modified to
				refuse messages from the null envelope sender
				if they have more than one envelope recipient.

qmail-1.03-mfcheck.3.patch	Author: Nagy Balazs
				envelope sender domain must exist.

qmail-1.03-moreipme.patch	Author: Scott Gifford
				solves the problem seen when a host has more
				IP addresses than it knows about. 

qmail-canonical.rcpt.patch	Author: James Raftery
				canonicalized hostname in the logfile

qmail-date-localtime.patch	Author: James Raftery
				generate date stamps in the local timezone.

qmail-smtpd.c.diff		Author: Will Harris
				make qmail fully RFC 1870 compliant, i.e. to
				support the ESMTP SIZE command.
